Ingredients: Spearmint*, nettle*, mullein*, elderflower*, calendula*, thyme*, stevia*. Organic*

Brewing Directions: Place 1 or 2 tea bags in your favorite cup. Bring 8 oz of water to a boil before pouring it into your tea cup. The volatile flavors come out quick, so cover cup with a saucer or lid. Steep 5-10 minutes and up to 20 minutes for a more complex flavor profile. For maximum benefit of the herbs, keep the tea bag in the cup while drinking.
