Peppermint Nettle Tea - 16 Teabags

Each box contains 16 tea bags made with filter paper and a plant-based PLA (polylactic acid) heat seal. The tea bags are packaged in cartons made from recycled paper.

Ingredients: peppermint*, alfalfa*, nettle*, raspberry leaf*, milky oat seed and straw*. *Certified Organic

Brewing Directions: Place 1 or 2 tea bags in your favorite cup. Bring 8 oz of water to a boil before pouring it into your tea cup. The volatile flavors come out quick, so cover cup with a saucer or lid. Steep 5-10 minutes and up to 20 minutes for a more complex flavor profile.
